Once on his own healing path, Hector found freedom through Himalayan Kundalini Yoga and now guides others with breath, movement, and intentional flow.

From Guatemala 🇬🇹 and born into a lineage of artists 🎨, Michelle has been teaching belly dance since 2000, guiding women through conscious movement, sacred feminine expression, and sisterhood circle dancing 🤝✨

Meet Lauren B. ✨

Lauren is a certified Pilates instructor specializing in Prenatal & Postnatal Corrective Exercise. As a mama to two little ones, she is passionate about supporting other mothers in building strength, confidence, and ease throughout motherhood.

With a background in dance, movement has always been at the heart of Lauren’s life. Pilates blends her love for mindful movement, strength, and healing—helping her move through daily life with more balance and resilience.
